Today you will complete a web quest by clicking on the following link:  President Web quest  Make sure you are logged into the icivics site, or your answers will not save and you will get to do the assignment twice!

When finished, you may play the game Executive Command

Make sure you are logged in.

If you have finished Executive Command and want to do something different, you may play
Branches of Power,  LawCraft,  or Represent Me.

Complete the "A Very Big Branch" packet

The Legislative Branch

1)  Finish the Anatomy of the Constitution packet.

2)  Register at icivics by clicking on the following link:  icivics.org
click on join icivics, fill in the required information.

3)  Click on the following link:  Congress Webquest

4) Play a game about the Legislative Branch by clicking on this link:  LawCraft  Make sure you play once as a Republican, and a second time as a Democrat.

5)  Play another game about law-making by clicking the following link:  Represent Me!
You will notice there is a scoreboard for this game that keeps track of the highest scores across the country.  See if you can get on it.

Branches of Power

Click on the following link to play a game about government branches:  Branches of Power
When you get to the site you will see three games.  Choose Branches of Power.
They will ask you if you want to register, just click "No Thanks".
Then you will be asked if you want to play regular or play the tutorial.  You should play the tutorial first.  When you have finished the tutorial, then you can play regular.
